We booked our hotel in Montreal this time based on price and location (we were heading to the Jacques Villeneuve circuit the next day) and kept in mind that it was only going to be used for one night to lay our heads.

Good location for train line, you may park for free overnight on a back street 9:00am and the hotel is located in the Latin Quartier near the UQAM-Berri subway.

I liked the location to the Latin Quarter, the hotel is located in a good area and the suites are nice.

If you want location at a good price, stay here.

The location is outstanding (it's on a quiet corner, yet is only one long block from the busiest Metro station in Montreal, and walking distance to the lively Quartier Latin to the north and even Chinatown to the west).

Catherine East, and also close to a main metro stop.

The room was clean and spacious and similar to a small studio apartment, with a small kitchen.

I will never stay at this hotel again and if anyone reading this decides to stay here I would suggest not staying in room 510 becuase the couch is infested with bed bugs.

The only redeeming quality was kind, the service was fine and rooms - we had a clean suite w/ kitchen.

Moreover the price for 2 nights was great considering the fact that had the parking, reception staff was very helpful and sofa bed were both very comfortable.

Once we got settled into our third room, it was deemed satisfactory, a working airconditioner, appliances and clean bathroom.

The buffet breakfast was good for the price.

Nice little kitchenettes and the continental breakfast was great.

St Laurent where there are many great cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The place had good value for your money and staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were very helpful and our rooms was great.

Wonderful hotel in Downtown of Montreal, friendly staff and no problem service - rooms cleaned.

Good looking staff at the reception and only one bathroom as well.

Overall stay was a pleasant one and the staff were very friendly.

Take advantage of optional parking facitlities.

Parking costs, but it's secure and well worth it!

    Good location near interesting attractions, clean place and the building keeps at night the warm temperature of the day. Moreover the price for 2 nights was great considering the fact that had the parking, reception staff was very helpful and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The breakfast was poor.

    Excellent location never experienced any problems and good quality/price. The professional altitude of staff and clean rooms. Nice little kitchenettes and the continental breakfast was great.
