Comfortable bed and room with extensive grounds, terrace, and swimming pool. Good breakfast choices and excellent dinner. Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere, perfect for a short stay. Two dogs were a hit with the youngest guest.

The value for my money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and had modern AC to ensure a perfect temperature at night. The location was very charming, with a beautiful garden and a large backyard with a pool. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Hotel is getting tired. Told the poor TV reception on France 2 & 3 was due to the fog!!! E10 for a poor and simple breakfast, that's a lot of money which could be better spent elsewhere.

Very nice hotel in a good location, close to Bordeaux with a direct bus link to the city. Great facilities, pool and well maintained gardens. Excellent restaurant and as you would expect a very good selection of local wines. Hotel and restaurant staff were great, helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. They helped us with our French and we helped them with their English!!. We stayed quite late in the restaurant along with another french group, there was no pressure on us to leave and no problem in ordering extra coffee/drinks at the late hour. Would highly recommend Pont Bernet.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a lovely experience. The pool was clean and heated, and there was a sauna and steam room as well. The location was perfect, close to the woods and ideal for long walks. The breakfast spread was delicious with freshly baked bread and croissants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are quite outdated and could do with a revamp. The décor looked tired and in need of some modernization.

The easy going but courteous staff, the food and the wine. If you play golf and like wining and dining then it is the place, with the possibility to easily visit a number of Bordeaux Chateaux.

The large backyard with a pool was a welcome respite during the hot weather. The room's modern and quiet AC ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The charming surroundings, including the beautiful garden and big trees, added to the pleasant atmosphere. The staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, were friendly and helpful. A perfect place for a short stay.

The plumbing had issues and the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and always made sure that my needs were met. In addition to the superb service, the facilities were great. The hotel had a beautiful pool and well-maintained gardens. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. Also, the location was perfect! It was very easy to get to this city, as there is direct bus transportation.
