Nicely situated and so to sum up a lovely hotel.
The location is great, the hotel is old and the rooms are clean.
Excellent location in Vence and fantastic value.
The location is about a 10 minute walk from town, and we felt comfortable walking back at night.
I love this hotel for its convenient location and quiet, surburban area.
One bath towel per room was provided, we each needed to help ourselves to the single towel in the empty room across the hall, these rooms were supposedly filled which prevented him from putting us together.
Once we were in the room we found a sign in the bathroom warning us to keep the windows or shutters locked.
We booked this hotel based on Internet information provided, but we discovered that it is actually not much more than a bed & breakfast (and the breakfast isn't included).
So, if you are looking for a bed & breakfast, this is a good choice.
The bathroom was huge with the biggest tub I've ever been in.
Wonderful breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley to the Baous, wonderful rooms, wonderful hotel, wonderful trompe doeil, only 5 mins walk from 30 fab restaurants, only 10 mins drive from Nice airport.
My favorite aspect of the property was the patio on which we took our leisurely breakfasts while enjoying the beautiful views.
The terrace is absolutely beautiful and breakfast is very good.

Several times we bougt food from the wonderful shops in Vence, position was ideal for a weekend stay and the apartment was big and clean.
