  All of the staff were very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, my room 516 overlooked the courtyard and was very quiet.

  The view was great and hotel was very clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious & and the bar was very nice. The maid service was good and there was no shortage of towels.

  The front desk clerk was consistently rude and the elevator floor was soil and filthy.

  Convenient location and our next stop was the elevator is kind of funky. Safe place near police station, the coffee in the lobby is better than the bags, naturally and the bartendars in the bar are the best in town. The staff is super polite, the rooms are beautiful, and the beds are to die for.

  Clean, great location, two steps from Bourbon Street, is quiet and quaint, this place is very clean and silent. Best neighborhood bar in the quarter is pirates alley cafe.

  The staff are not helpful in any way and the bathrooms are small and the amenities are very old and worn.

  My friend used the business center and said was good, the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. The view was a very nice view of the court house lol and price was great. The beds were comfortable.

  The rooms on the street side were very noisy, the ladies at the front desk were less than attentive and the pool was not clean whatsoever.

  Great location, nice place and the staff were friendly and helpful especially in Booked tours. The room was fine and the sheets were crisp and clean and we had plenty of towels.

  The location of this joint is wonderful and this sweet little hotel is in the middle of all. First of all, the staff is more than friendly and best authentic food is at Nawlins Flava on Rampart and St.

  The pool area was very pretty and quiet, the service and cleanliness of this hotel was just abysmal. Staff were very friendly &, as internet connection was very weak, was too hard to use my PC for a long time.
