The room was decently clean and the breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings with great mountain views. The hotel was close enough to the ski resort, which offered some great slopes.
Our stay during Christmas was quite uncomfortable. The heating system stopped working on the first night and the staff wasn't very attentive to our complaints.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff went above and beyond to help me, even giving me a lift when the roads were blocked by snow. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive from the ski station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a ski getaway.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety. The hotel also had a beautiful view of the mountain range and was located near excellent restaurants and shops.
We must mention that the heating in our room did not work properly. Despite our complaints, the staff failed to fix the issue, leaving us shivering throughout the night.
