Delightful hotel with charming decor and great accessibility

The only suggestion I would have for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working in the hotel to be more attentive to the needs of older guests.

The comfy bed, elements of interior design, helpful staff.

It seem to me as being a little rose-tinted whereby underneath the pretty styling of the interior and it's provision of good quality bedding this is not an otherwise overly different or special place. Breakfast was less than I would have wished for and the room was 'sufficient' in size but not more. I left feeling it was pretty there but lacked some level of quality behind it's well publicised and styled façade.

The suite at Le Chalet Blanc Hotel & Spa was like a dream come true for our family. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time. The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, made it easy for everyone to find their perfect spot. And let me tell you, the two televisions were a blessing when the kids couldn't agree on what to watch! The towel dryer, illuminated magnifying mirror, and hair dryer were nice added touches that made getting ready a breeze. Plus, the little extras like soap, shower gel, slippers, and bathrobes made us feel pampered. We also appreciated the induction chargers and USB sockets, which came in handy for all our devices. Oh, and the courtesy tray and minibar were a nice touch too!

While we loved everything about the suite, there was one small thing that didn't quite resonate with us. The solid shampoo provided was not our cup of tea.

Beautiful hotel, with stylish design. Facilities were excellent and of a very high quality. The staff were very customer-focused and nothing was too much trouble. I can't believe this hotel is only 3 stars, it is magnificent and in a beautiful location.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was located very near to the cable cars. Moreover, the hotel was situated in some of the most breathtakingly beautiful areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast that they served was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Chalet Blanc! The stunning location, delicious food, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully. It felt like staying in a cozy wooden cabin rather than a hotel room. The manager was incredibly kind and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home, even providing us with an extra heater. We also appreciated being able to communicate in English. We will definitely be returning!

Best Experience in the Alps! Cannot believe we found such a wonderful place, with great ski opportunities, exquisite food, and outstanding service. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the ski lift. We enjoyed off-piste skiing and the possibility of skiing in both countries offering distinctly different cuisine and views. This was the perfect winter holiday with exceptional amenities such as their spa, hammam, and sauna to relax after a long day of skiing.

Dislikes? Absolutely nothing we didn't like!

A modern and contempory hôtel.

HOTEL LOCATION -(Calme + ski aux peids) QUIETNESS. VERY GOOD RESTAURANT - Home made bakery. Pains et viennoiseries cuits sur place.

ROOM MUCH TOO SMALL you would expect for a 4 STAR HOTEL ( About 12 Square Meters + Bathroom). You have to pay for boiled eggs or scambled eggs for breakfast!!! This is not acceptable. Ski Room on first floor.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, situated in the heart of the Milky Way ski area, surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful mountain views. It is also very convenient as it is located very near the cable cars, making it easy for guests to access the slopes.

The hotel had courteous and helpful staff, and the spacious suites were tastefully decorated with alpine features. The ski-in, walk-out location was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and well-maintained spa facilities.

The fixed menus for dinner lacked sufficient variety and portion sizes. The breakfast spread was somewhat limited.

Manager was super nice and made us feel at home, even gave us an extra heater when our room was a bit cold! Staff spoke English, beds were comfy and rooms were soundproofed.
