Hotel Lassalle - Austria Trend Vienna - 维也纳

Reasonable location and very nice hotel lobby.

I liked location, vienna Central passanger River port and silent street.

Not in a nice location and hotel staff were excellent.

Zwar wurde immer gesagt, wie schnell man mit der Metro ins Zentrum kommt, aber da ich nur 3 Tage in Österreich war, beabsichtigte ich, mit Taxis zu fahren, mit denen es wegen des Verkehrs, Baustellen etc.

The hotel is not really in the "historical" city center, but metro station is 300m away and in 4 stops you are in Stephansplatz, so location is not a problem at all!

Bed was veeeery comfortable and the room was always warm.

They made our room every day and the first day they let us a little chocolate cookie in each bed.

Our room was large, with a large bathroom, very clean and silent.

Instead I went to bed hungry in the Lassalle, which I'm sure was excellent for my figure, but did my views of the Rathasus park and its suburban sister no favours.

Peaceful in the room, clean towels and using free wireless was a little bit tricky.

Breakfast was very rich and nice and all the stuff very friendly and ready to help.

The Lasselle is functional, clean & characterless & there are no restaurants or bars in walking distance.

The reception staff were very professional and polite, given that I was extremely angry at the very bad service.

Good location, nice Place and efficient and helpful reception staff.

The hotel staff were helpful, the personnel was very attentive and room was well equipped.

Staff is very-very helpful, and that's very important when you are abroad in a city you don't know and when you don't speak local language!

Other meal options are: several places at the railway station and friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable hotel, good services.

The place was run down, not very clean, not nice looking and the staff was mediocre (and that's being kind) - some were rude and abrupt.
