  Very good natural setting and staff incredibly friendly. Nice big cabins for rooms and fresh juices. Dry cereals, Mexican traditional fare such as refried beans and the garden is beautiful.

  The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, the personnel is very accommodating and friendly, to our room sounded just like a monotonic bass going on. The breakfast is great too.

  The guests looked more mature than the other hotels and very good service. Excellent design of rooms, fantastic food and fresh fruit. Locals keeping things lively, nice pool.

  Good breakfast, small, lovely gardens.

  S a very quiet hotel and the price is low. The staff at reception is not welcoming or profssional and i'm a nightclub owner is around loud music on a regular basis. The room are starting to get old and need rebuildning.

  Excellent breakfast, good pool.

  For the price paid we expected higher quality and services, the bed was hard, towels were worn through.

  Excellent location beach front and stops just short of amazing. Good hotel for the price, convenient to town and the beautiful grounds and the proximity to downtown. The staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Delightful jungle gardens plus its own bar and breakfast is wonderful as well.

  The beach is just here and location is excellent. This place is great and staff is kind and most of the time efficient. All rooms are relatively clean and the bar also does good lunches that are reasonably priced. The breakfast buffets are wonderful, wine prices varied from 12 bucks a glass to 3 and the local people are really nice.

  Fifth avenue on the other and a nice room walking distance from beach. A beautiful fitness centre and a great stay. Good prices, attentive staff and big surpise at checkout. Lots of hot water and extra pillows on arrival one round of pina coladas later.

  I'm just guessing Europeans aren't as talkative as Americans and calamari salad was the worst lunch I have ever had.

  The private beach is great and good restaurant and separate bar on site. The hotel location is ideal and front desk is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quaint comfortable and nice breakfast spread every morning.

  The beach is amazing, beautiful, location is excellent and playa del Carmen itself is relatively nice. The staff are lovely, the rooms are nice, clean and taken care of, the breakfast is ok at best. The dinner is very disappointing, heated pool would be good for winter time visits.

  Great week at the most beautiful beach at Playa del Carmen and nice walking distance to town for dinner. The location and the staff were super, the breakfast buffet was awesome at the hotel, the room was clean and adequate. Food was good too and plus hot choices like omelette made you like.

  Beach front property, the surroundings were beautiful and the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was good sized and the breakfast was great. The dinner entrees were simply excellent.

  Great beach area and a beautiful setting. Price very reasonable, friendly staff and the rooms generally have the lovely straw roofs. The breakfast is delicious and facilities are excellent.
