Great location, charming hotel and for the price the visit was a good one.
This hotel is wonderful, price are both ideal and i highly recommend La Tortuga - the service is beyond excellent.

Upon arrival I checked in when I got to my room to find out I was given a smoking double bed.

Also the Room was amazing, the rooftop jacuzzi was very well maintained and at the restaurant we got the best attention.
Friendly and well furnished hotel, really good service from the first day of booking, the tub on the rooftop was private and romantic.

The bar kind of opens, fresh towels twisted into interesting shapes and the restaurant - there's plenty of good restaurants in Playa.
Balcony were quite spacious, the jacuzzi on the roof was private and the attached restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

The place is only getting better, the front desk staff is wonderful and service at the restaurant is very friendly.
The hotel staff was excellent, mariana at the front desk were delightful and the beds were comfortable – not wickedly hard.
A great view of the pool, the Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the guys at the front desk were always so kind.
5th avenue is really nice just to stroll along, mamitas Beach Club has the best beach in the city and the whole setting of the pool/patio at night is perfect.
The one dinner we had was very good, pool were amazing.
In addition at happy hour the waiters come around to offer 2 for 1 drinks, the pool at La Tortuga is a nice little winding pool.
Our room was spotless, a new jacuzzi was nice to use in the cool evenings and sheets were spotlessly clean.
Our room was clean and some of the best meals we had in Playa del Carmen were at Agora.
The room was clean, the rooftop jacuzzi was so nice and the restaurant was excellent.
