Liked our time here. The hotel was good value and the room was airy. The location was unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to the centre. The property was in a good area. The breakfasts were great with crisp baguettes and excellent croissants, for example and the staff were responsive, did not rush us.

There was parking lot to be added.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Juan Le Pins train station. It is also very close to the beach and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and enjoying the sandy shores. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating guest requests. there are nearby patisseries where you can grab a delicious breakfast.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations and a thorough cleaning.

The rooms were clean. Great water pressure in the shower, but no shower curtain and shower nozzle had to be hand held.

Room was very noisy due to very thin walls. Bed was very hard. Staff were not very helpful (eg. Didn't know were the Bus to Eze left from). Man at reception didn't speak English (but fair enough we are in France right?)

The room was a good size, very functional and clean with a comfortable bed. The towels and beds were made every day. The 24-hour reception was very convenient and the guy at the front desk was amazing, providing great suggestions for day trips and lending us an electric boiling pot. The free parking after 8 PM. until 9 AM. was a bonus. a great, cozy hotel with friendly and resourceful staff in a beautiful area.

simply no complaint, very pleasant stay. homely hotel in an excellent location with excellent wi-fi. location near close to the beach-also within walking distance to the shops as well as southern france. nearby esterel pub - great place to chill out.
