  The view is gorgeous too, the garden is great to sit and enjoy the flowers and fountains, the hotel really is a nice place to stay. Converted private house and has the feeling of a luxurious home, the staff is wonderful and many do speak English. Rooms are big, superb.

  The location is near plaza del sol here is a huge shopping center, the hotel is within a 10 minute walk to a nice Sanborns and the Plaza del Sol, the front of the house staff is fluent in Englsih, as well. The rooms are spacious and the food is great. Hummingbirds in the garden are amazing all day long.

  The location is close to plaza del sol and is a good base for any excursions, the hotel has a dry sauna and a steam room. The staff is friendly and some of the bedrooms are wonderfully spacious and quiet. The breakfasts are wonderful.

  Very near to a big shopping centre, great hotel and the staff were outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our room was spacious, lots of large clean towels provided and the complimentary tea and dessert in the evenings was a nice treat too.

  A large shopping center, the plaza del sol, is very nearby and hotel has nice gardens and the rooms are good size and quiet. The staff is excellent and always accomodating.

  The room was very clean, the hotel was clean, service was superb and fresh bottled water was supplied every day. The coffee was good too.

  We received an extremely good value, great service and the rooms were exquisitely appointed, well kept and clean. The meals were excellent.

  The best thing about the stay was the dessert bar, the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and bathroom was marble, and had a very large shower. Breakfast buffet was included in the mornings and was quiet good.

  Breakfast was excellent in a very bb setting and the staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive too all of our needs. Room was spotless and dinner at restaurant was nice, food was delicious.

  In addition, the decor of the hotel was lovely and the service was very good. Internet was available for free in the room, complementary breakfast and evening snacks all were excellent.
