  The pool area was decent, the taxi/bus thing referred to as the Wah Wah was excellent and some of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, breakfast were great on the terrace.

  The service was poor and occasionally the wine ran dry wasn't good.

  The view is incredible and can only be matched by the Indian food was superb, the hotel is extremely clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The service throughout the resort is very good too and the maids are very attentive. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower as well as a separate wc, the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, highly recommendable.

  Great price, excellent Hotel and not exactly the height of good customer service. The room was cleaned to an immaculate standard, sometimes twice a day, the breakfast was fabulous and spa was very nice too.

  The staff were excellent as was the service the hotel and room was spotless. Food was great too, the spa was very good as was empty and we enjoy to ourselves.

  Just returned from our annual 5day stay, staff excellent and rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Piano bar serves great cocktails and the live music is good fun, the pool side restaurant serves tasty lunches, the Gym is brilliant and we used twice in 4 days.

  The position of the hotel is great for the north, most helpful staff I have ever encountered and rooms are pretty spacious and have supercomfortable beds. Restaurant are all very stylish, luxurious and clean, choice of three very good standard golf courses. The facilities here are excellent.

  Prices would be adequate for the hotel its heydays and decent food and a nice terrace make a good choice. Tennis facilities are superb.

  The food at the amapola in the hotel was delicious as always and the service impeccable, staff were wonderful and attentive, the room was clean and fresh. The meals at the pool bar in the piano bar were very good.

  As always modern, large rooms lovely pool and pool bar, great breakfat buffet, good selection of wines in all price ranges. The spa is glorious.

  Meals in the hotel are very expensive and service is unbelievably slow, the staff at the front desk is awful.
