The hotel is in a prime location, right in front of a bollard that stops you proceeding further, close to the Plaza Mayor, a pedestrian area, and all the sights. The room is comfortable with a clean bathroom, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of sweet pastries and meats and cheese. The hotel also has a spa and a tapas restaurant with delicious food.
The room furniture is a bit old and damaged.

accommodation is very well located. In one of the streets leading to the main square, Isabel la Catolica street. It is in a historical building. You have remains of Roman ruins,. reception staff was very good, they attended us quickly, kindly. young girl is very nice. room was very good. size was right. comfortable bed coach. room was quiet, overlooking a courtyard. cleanliness was excellent. size of the wardrobe, good. Everything's really good. hotel totally recommendable, to repeat if I return to Segovia, that I hope to return because the city is a wonder. We hired in the hotel the service of SPA with massage. very well. SPA is flirty and relaxing. time was 80 minutes from 7 in the evening. Perfect after visiting the city. masseuse is good. relaxing massage.. I also advise to eat in the restaurant the Sephardic menu. great success to recover these dishes. My husband ordered the Castilian menu, very good. I tasted the judeones, very special taste, for me the best I have eaten in Segovia. menus are powerful, especially the Castilian one, so, better for lunch than for dinner, unless you leave very hungry. We eat dinner, I say that they are powerful menus. Sephardic menu is the one I ordered, although it is a lot, it is softer than the Spanish one. I liked very much the three trianqulos of the first course, I don't remember the name, each one had a flavor, exquisite. fruit and vegetable salad was very elaborate. the lamb with honey very well, it was nothing heavy. dessert, cake arrived, was so full, that I only tried two spoonfuls, because I couldn't get that piece of cake in. It also looked excellent. lot of quantity and quality of those menus. Totally recommendable. also in that environment, elegant, highlight the coffered ceiling.
Nothing. Everything is perfect.

location of the hotel, excellent in spite of the problems to arrive by the pedestrian zone but with the information of the hotel easy. With two types of parking, one arranged (cheaper) and another of valet parking (something more expensive but very comfortable). Friendly staff, helpful, facilitating things (we could even leave the bags before giving the room). room is good, spacious, with big, comfortable, soundproof beds. kettle and water bottle are a detail. restaurant is very good, with an exceptional treatment and a good meal at a local price, as well as the bar-tavern,
It may be a problem if the air conditioning is handled from the reception. You can't turn it up or down but call the reception desk which can sometimes be uncomfortable. Maybe you should be more careful with maintenance, especially of the small things: cracks between the tub and wall that can be solved with a little silicone, loose wood that sticks in a moment, etc.

Functional and great-sized room, with a fairly clean bathroom. A safe box, climate control and Wi-Fi were convenient.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just off the main square in the heart of the old city. You can easily walk to all the major attractions, such as the cathedral, Alcazar, and the Aqueduct, within minutes. The staff at this hotel are excellent, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure that all our needs were met. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with modern bathroom facilities. The ancient painted ceilings and beautiful windows add a unique and charming touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy our appetite before a day of exploring the city.
No wifi in the hotel rooms.

Centrally located, with wonderful rooms and mini-refrigerators, helpful staff, very pretty hotel. I would love to stay there again.
I prefer a queen sized bed for me and my wife, not two twin beds placed side by side.

The spa is very nice especially because our trip was in January and it is nice to do a water activity with children in winter. Our daughter had a great time! The spa has a separate rate but the hotel, if you are staying there, offers a discount on the usual rate.
The breakfast: the coffee was made in a machine that mixes milk and coffee and everything indicates that it was powdered milk. The taste left something to be desired. The room: the air conditioning is quite noisy and we cannot control it from the room, having to call the reception for its up or down and off. . Parking: Although I put in the filters when I made the reservation that I wanted a hotel with parking, the hotel does not have a parking lot. It has agreements with nearby car parks but they are both paid. You only find out about this when the reservation is made and you receive confirmation from the hotel, which does not refund in case of cancellations.

Stayed for Easter weekend and found the hotel to be in a great location for exploring the city. The complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were nice touches. the hotel is within walking distance to key landmarks, which made it convenient to sightsee.
While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit noisy as I could hear street noise at night.
