Everything there was perfect. We had the deluxe king room and it was well-appointed with large comfortable bed. Had central location very near to Ayr train station. There was Kebab King nearby, offering quick meals.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were welcoming. Hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, in the restaurant on one night. The whole experience was such great, no complaints, 100% recommend.
Although everything was good, some of the staff were not experienced.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. Reasonably large units with a smashing Breakfast, toiletries and a beautiful marble feature bathroom, and the staff were exceptional. The location was great and fab - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.
