Staff super friendly, went above and beyond, arranged transfers, ski pass, lessons. Well located, short walk to ski lift, locker at cable car station. Nice staff, good facilities, comfortable beds, super clean. Professional approach, great services, wellness, cuisine. Convenient parking, easy access.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We're in the Austrian mountains, and the location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's just a short walk from the main ski lift centre and there's a fantastic restaurant called Manana's right next door. The staff is wonderful and everything is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with top-notch facilities and a great view of the valley.
The breakfast is a bit overpriced, and the shower pressure isn't great.

The hotel room was spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and we loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski lifts and the charming town center. We really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, it was the perfect romantic escape.
The shower pressure could have been stronger, but it was still adequate. , the pool was a bit smaller than we had expected, but we still enjoyed our time there.
