The staff is VERY AMIABLE and attentive. It has prime and peaceful location, close enough to a big commercial mall for nice restaurants and auto-rickshaws and taxis available.

The hotel was impeccably clean with extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was large and savoury and there were good choice of options.

I had tastefully decorated, brand-new room with a fairly clean bathroom. The location was prime and quiet - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. A few times I ate at Stadium, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. I went to a lovely restaurant and appreciated the vegetarian dishes;)))

As for me, the area was really noisy.

Greatly enjoyed the room with breakfast, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The location was particularly good, very close to a big commercial mall for nice restaurants and almost 12/15 visits a years, in a pretty quiet area.

It is a well-maintained and beautifully kept property located in Central Suburbs district adjacent to a big shoping center with a lot of restaurants, and other shopping locations. Extremely helpful and responsive staff at the reception desk, everything is very good.

First of all, I liked everything about Hotel Kohinoor, comfort, cleanliness and bright surrondings, attitude of the staff to assist any time is a great plus of this hotel. The timings of the hotel buffet is so perfect one can imagine to enjoy the perfect breakfast buffet go for a 4-5 hr Mumbai sight seeing and comeback for lunch buffet. Above all, the response of the hotel is pretty good just ask for the service they will attend you in 5-10 mins promptly. Stayed here for 2 nights pleasant, memorable, comfortable and sumptuous food is all I can describe about this hotel !

It is not a dislike but they could improve their services like Parking space, Car-wash for out of state travellers, extend more than 4 hrs of internet to all throught out.

The service at Kohinoor Elite exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Special mention to Mr. Simit Gaitonde for his superb hospitality. The rooms were clean and the ambiance was lovely. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Brand-new and a decent size room looking out at city. A wide range of options for tasty and delicious breakfast. Smooth check in and late check out.

The location was excellent and the staff superb. The price included excellent freebies including free breakfast, lunch, and dinner, free internet, free laundry (limited to 4 pieces), & free air-port pickup and drop off. The check-in and check-out times were also very suitable. All in all, an excellent option at a convenient location.

Some minor inconvenience as there is no hotel parking. However, the street across from the hotel has parking.

A double room with fridge as well as good facilities was ready when we arrived.
