Getting there

The property can be easily reached from the direction of Germany by the Inntal Autobahn A93 or the A12. You should reach the Kufstein-Sud exit and take the B312 to St Johann, then the B161 to Kitzbuhel, go through the Lebenberg tunnel and turn right in the direction of Kitzbuhel center, where the hotel is.

In a great location, cosy hotel and reasonable Price. The staff is extremely friendly and was alwasy keen to help, available in the local spar @0.49c each.

The location was excellent, the best thing about this hotel was the food and two of the other younger staff were great as well. Rooms were comfortable, clean, the bread was markedly stale and accompanied the children's juice box we received, the fitness facilities and the pool and saunas were fantastic.

The spa area was superb, just was needed after a hard days skiing and this hotel had a lovely ambience and a really homely atmosphere. The staff were very good, the food in the main dining room was also excellent.
