Helpful reception staff - excellent location, conveniently located near the main train station and hotel room was nice and spacious.

There is a Tram stop at the top of the street about 30 metres away and with your visitors card you get free use of Trams and Buses all over Geneva (even to the Airport by train).

The transport pass you will get from the hotel covers all the trams and buses, also the train to the airport - very useful.

The rooms are comfortable with a nice bed and quilts, reasonable TV choices (6 English language) on a flat screen TV and a small desk if you need to do some work.
