    Great location, friendly and charming in all my email inquiries before I even left my country and the stuff was very nice and helpfull. Staff was pleasant and room was small and simple. Refrigerator came in handy.

    The location is excellent and just a block away from all the action on 5th Avenue. The hotel is amazing, she made me feel at home in Playa del Carmen before I even got there and thinking 's price is reasonable. Nice front desk folks and the owner is very friendly.

    In a wonderful location, just steps away from the beautiful beach and the management of the hotel in all respects I found to be excellent. The staff was pleasant, the manager was extremely nice and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was great.
