I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a charming town. This place is located conveniently close to the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is stunning and offers top-notch facilities, such as a cozy bar/lounge area and a delightful restaurant. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They were warm, friendly, and provided exceptional service throughout my entire visit.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the skiing and facilitities locally. They catered for my diet well ( I don't eat meat and Austrian dishes are mostly meat so this was excellent, they cooked me fish and vegetables) It was a relaxing hotel with a nice atmosphere.

All was excelent. The adminisrator speeks in Russian. The location is in the center of city and near the Railway station. The food was also good. The hotel suggests all inclusive in sommer season.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. They made us feel at home during our stay, which was a great plus. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train station and nearby attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient. Lastly, we really enjoyed the all-inclusive package offered by the hotel. It was great to have drinks included in the evenings, saving us money and allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without worrying about additional costs.

One major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It made them uncomfortably hot, especially during the summer months.

Excellent location in city center. Close to central station. Quick access to ski slopes. Exceptional staff and service. Outstanding facilities. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of food options for vegetarians. Beautiful view of the mountains

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, with shops and the main square just a short walk away. Some rooms offer a beautiful mountain view, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean, as mentioned by guests. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast includes a variety of options such as cereals, breads, ham, cheese, and a hot serving of bacon and eggs. the hotel offers all-inclusive options with a good selection of drinks to choose from.

Noise from nearby bars and construction works at the train station across the road can be disruptive at times.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to a hotel in a small Tyrolean village, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were warm, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The food was fantastic, especially the vegetarian options, and the portions were just right. The location was perfect; we could easily walk to the main square and the skiing facilities. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking and we were able to enjoy some lovely walks in the stunning surroundings.

There was only one minor inconvenience during our stay: the room temperature. It was a bit too warm, and although we were able to open the windows, we could hear some noise from outside.
