The hotel was luxurious and the price was well below the published prices.

For the quality of the hotel the price is a bargain.

A fine location, great hotel and the price was very good indeed.

A great hotel and considering the high price.

The positive aspects is the location, you are situated in the main part of town, next door is an arcade and the street is filled with lovely boutique stores and cafes.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to sights and great shopping.

The location was perfect and front office staff was good.

Helsinki is a small city and most easily navigated best by foot or bus/tram.

All the major shops are within a five minute walk, as well as the National Gallery, train/metro station and Casino.

Bathroom was superb (spacious, marble floor, super shower separate from bath) and bed and pillows are so comfortable!

The room was very large, decor was also classical, a little less formal, with large king-size bed, desk with two chairs, large wardrobe, large plasma TV, very well stocked minibar etc etc.

Beautifully appointed rooms, large comfortable beds, marble bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Big bath tub, huge lcd tv and large bathtub.

Outstanding bathroom, towels and bed linens.

The bar and breakfast rooms are very pleasant and the Sushi restaurant next door is fantastic.

Off the lobby is the Hotel Kamp Bar and Kamp Cafe as well as a restaurant which services breakfast.

A large television, the great bar and the restaurant does delicious food.

Possible improvements: longer opening hours for the fitness room (closes at 8 or 9PM), better service in the bar and the new Japanese restaurant (especially slow), more restrictive smoking policy (in the bar and the Café for lunch and dinner).

The restaurants are top notch with the brasserie serving a delightful breakfast buffet.

All staff ranging from the doorman, reception, turn down and room service were superb.

The best location in town, the hotel staff was always very nice and helpful, the service was efficient.

Good location, only rivaled by the fabulous Grand Hotel in Stockholm and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed great service during our stay, the staff were always smiling, saying hello and very accomodating.

The top floor gym and spa is another great feature to this hotel.

The promise of robes and slippers in the room was broken and the spa facilities (sauna) were expensive add-ons.

Bien situé, beaucoup de charme, des chambres confortables et élégantes, des salles de bains luxueuses en marbre, un spa et une salle de gym plutôt bien, de nombreux détails qui en font un vrai 5 étoiles.

The bathroom was also very large and well equipped and of course clean.

The hotel was comfortable and i was able to get a great rate at Booked. The location was perfect and front office staff was good. The rooms were quiet, towel bars were heated and the food in the Kämp Café was also very nice. Delicious Finnish chocolate was on our nightstands and the receptionist was kind a bit cold.

The hotel was luxurious and the price was well below the published prices. Service was friendly and check-in was fast efficient. Beds were incredible comfy and the meal was simply superb. The Spa was wonderful.

The building is beautiful and clean, well money is no issue at all then I highly recommend for all, lobby Level: The entry lobby is small and functional. The location is excellent, very nice Mall 5 minutes of walk away and large bath room makes comfort after long distance flight. This hotel is indeed luxurious, service is very good and beds are very comfortable. The Kamp Bar is perfect and the Sushi restaurant next door is fantastic.

Room overlooked the fantastic classic building next door and at a reasonable price. Very good location and near railway-station. The Hotel is beautiful and the interior is amazing. The Old Town is spectacular, personnel is friendly and the sauna/ turkish bath complex is perfect.

Fantastic location for shopping, very helpful in booking taxis and as well as the National Gallery. The hotel exterior is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are reassuringly elegant. Sauna is nice, pillows are so comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Nice vanity area and near the train station. A great hotel and considering the high price. Bit old style, friendly staff and good check-in.

The elevator needed your room key-card I could just not get to work everytime, drinks are expensive.

Friendly city and enjoyable stay. Staff wise - helpful and from the check-in to the check-out : the room was great. The bed was comfortable, the drinks in the bar was very good.
