The breakfast which was included in the hotel price was very nice with a variety of breads, cheeses, meats and breakfast drinks.
This was OK when it was light but we did not fancy repeating the walk back in the dark - hence we spent quite a lot of money on taxis each day which seem to be quite expensive (approx 7 euros for one way trip between hotel & town centre).
For guests on half board the hotel offer a menu with 2 choices of everything and a salad buffet (There is an Al a Carte menu at an additional cost).
The bus stops right outside the hotel and costs (April 2008) 75 cents one way.
There is a lovely terrazzo overlooking the sea on to enjoy, the location good a 5 min car ride from Cefalu or take the hourly bus and hotel is located really beautiful place.
Small beach are amazing and nice location - not close to the city.
The location is a 20 minutes walk away from Cefalu that can be reached easily.
There are around 12 buses in every day except Sunday when there are 7.
Around 2 miles away is Cefalu town and the last bus leaves from the western end of the old city center at 09:06 PM.
The bedroom was a good size, with a four poster bed of modern design, but without an in-room safe, which I would have expected.
I tried to get a room with a bathtub and found out when they did their last wave of remodeling they removed all the tubs and only offer rooms with showers, what a pity.
We had asked for a twin room with a seaview but were given a massive four poster bed, so big we barely knew we were sharing.
I'm allergic to dust mites, so chances are that the bed and the pillows were old and full of dust mites - or they used something strange to clean the room.
Apparantly the desk clerk said it was for the bed linen and towels.
Large spacious rooms, bar prices very reasonable and the restaurant had delicious food for dinner.
The big draws that lived up to the reviews and hotel website were the great buffet breakfast, family friendly ammenities such as playground, pool, seaside terrace beach access, restaurant dining and views that take your breath away.
We ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant during our stay and it was of a very good standard and reasonably priced.
The breakfast and the offered "light lunch" are both excellent.
We were on half board and loved the restaurant - great views over the sea and very good food.
Reception & bar staff were very friendly, the meal was very tasty and the 25m pool was clean.
The interior design of this room was very attractive and the reception staff were so pleasant and helpful.

Hotel in good condition, direct access to the beach and the staff at the front desk is also very helpful.
Lovely pool the sea is too rocky, the views from the room are superb and lots of Parking - Hotel is at the very edge of town away from the main small city Very quiet - Just off the little highway - Easy checking in.
room for free, terrace is excellent and nice to have the choice of the pool never crowded.
In addition good parking place in front of the hotel.
Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and a wide variety of bars.
On the plus side, the air conditioned room was large, clean, bright and had a large balcony facing the seaside.
