Cozy bed in the king room, plus a storage and a carpet. Pleasant staff and reasonably GOOD and marvellous breakfasts with salads and joghurt, for example.

The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is savoury with joghurt, sausages plus fresh fruit. The staff are helpful and ready to help if you need anything.

New-fashioned, impressive unit on the 6 level, and accommodating staff. Particularly good location to get to popular Berlin attractions thanks to a tube station really close to the hotel.

Clean hotel in a very good building really close to the bus station, which was really great and a nice park, supermarket and restaurants right around the corner as well as U-Bahn. Savoury and marvellous breakfast — a great selection of meals. A really good stay even for 5 nights.

the hotel is straightforward with free wi-fi and a good value. the rooms are impressive, with decent views, and the location is handy really close to a u-bahn station in the beautiful charlottenburg right next to the lake. the service is nice, includes free parking.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially the young guy at reception, was helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location near the metro station made it easy to explore other parts of the city. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel provided a floor fan, we found it a bit uncomfortable without air conditioning, especially during warm weather. Additionally, finding parking in the area was a challenge and the receptionist was unfriendly.

Very big room with wide windows. Nice neighborhood, very close to Sophie- charlottenburgplatz underground station, on the useful u2 line. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Could reach the ICC-fair center by foot through a very pleasant park on the lakeside, just 10 minutes.

No air conditioning can be a problem in summer since the hotel is on the upper floor and can get really hot. Some noise from the street if you need to keep the window open, otherwise no problem.

Nice clear room, wonderful breakfast. Cheerful service speaking some languages. Best place to stay in Berlin, near U-bahn station.

We had the king room it was impressive. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was tasty. The location was very central, next to large green areas-a park, which is good for morning walks, the bus station, and which is good for morning walks. The service was nice and the food was decent. Staff was super exceptionally nice.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Berlin and I have to say, it was a great choice. the location was top-notch. Situated on a large boulevard, it was in a nice neighborhood with shops just down the street. Plus, it was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. With big windows that let in ample natural light, and really good beds, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was included in the price – a great way to start the day!

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

The room was clean, it was excellent value for money, the room was unexpectedly nice for such a low price. Shampoo, towels, shower gel and breakfast were provided- the breakfast is also pretty good. It's located on the 5th and 6th floor, but there's a lift up to it. There's always someone at the reception and they even tried to help me with my enquiries about which train to take to the airport. Though it's 25 minutes away from the town, there is a castle to visit nearby and the tube takes you directly into the centre- you don't have to change tube line.

No toothpaste was provided in the hotel room, it's slightly far out from the centre (Alexanderplatz is the centre, it takes roughly about 25 minutes to get there by tube, direct on one line). Nothing huge.
