  Very nice hotel in japantown, good vanue for money and the small garden in the lobby is very peaceful. The area is fine, a quick ten minute bus ride took us to Union Square and one to block out the light. Efficient and helpful front desk, rooms are large. Restaurant are exceptional and the spa is awesome.

  A fantastic stay, the rates are totally reasonable for SF and the lobby is just beautiful. Japantown is a good location and a 10 minute brisk walk from Union Square. Staff is very attentive and accommodating, room is well designed.

  The hotel itself is beautiful, price are reasonable and the location is awesome - right in the middle of Japantown. A 10 minute brisk walk from Union Square and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are wonderful, good selection of japanese food close by.

  Very reasonable price and large lobby area. View of hills cool and bus links were good. Hotel staff was helpful in freezing ice packs for us for our baby food cooler and the Korean restaurant across the street was great. The front desk was also courteous and wonderful, the employees of Kabuki were amazing, check-in/out was simple and fast.

  The room smelled like an old boarding house, the water level was too low.

  Great location for sushi and well served by bus. Japantown itself is neat and helpful -- from the front desk. Has a low board across the room beside the bed and breakfast arrives on the private floor every morning.

  That's 10 minutes bus from Union Square and near by stores. Good location, the Best Western Miyako Inn two blocks away and the concierge gave us great tips on restraunts both nearby. Friendly hotel that was not quite in the centre of San Francisco was easily within reach of attractions and lobby was beautiful. Staff was fine and the maid was excellent.

  On a relatively quiet street and very central location. Additionally cheap place to stay and nice new lobby. The staff was very friendly, the bed was soft and food at their restaurant was very good in a slightly reduced illumination environment.

  Perfect location for Japantown, great stay and south as well as the Japanese-style tub. Furthermore very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Bathrobes available, the food was tasty and wine sake for an hour each evening was a good thing. The conference facilities were nice.

  Great value for money, the wedding venue was surprisingly very nice and parking fees in the garage were very reasonable. The location was good and the price of the Miyako was the best deal we found in town. Lobby was large and the staff were superb.

  The room was terribly noisy and the ice machine on our floor was broken. One of the small towels were dirty and concierge was unable to locate my reservation by last name.

  Very convenient walks to just about anywhere in the city, japantown is charming and the bathrooms are in general spacious.
