Good breakfast
Staff at front desk was not as friendly as expected. The hotel is far (2.5 kms) from train station/commercial center. Paying extra for Internet (EU 2.00 for 5 hours). Salerno is not a prime tourist destination, but has easy access to Amalfi (by boat) and Pompeii (EU 2.00 by bus).

I liked the price of the hotel and the breakfast that was provided was lovely, as long as you get up early before the food is gone. Most rooms have balconies and ours was well kept.
Salerno itself is not a beautiful city and in the Hotel K neighborhood, most services are closed during the summer months. The beach is near to the hotel, but polluted and not desirable. The staff was not very helpful on our search for laundry services and every place we located was closed.
