Hotel is located in the charming town of Murren which is a great location for hiking and seeing the Bernese Oberland.

The location was good and the hotel was nicely located.

Great location and very good breakfast in a spacious two-wing room.

Central position in town and a short walk to the train station.

Teh room rate was very reasonable in Switzerland.

The one had a great view of the falls and hotel rooms were mainteined in very good condition.

Our room was reasonably large and had wonderful views of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau mountains.

Only minor complaint I had was that the bathroom was a little small.

The view was good and hotel staffs were very kind.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, coffee were available in a separate lounge room, breakfast was superb.

The hotel's food is among the best in the village, and their continental breakfast was very good.

Had dinner the first night in the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is really ideal for families and the staff is friendly.

We stayed at the Hotel Jungfrau and were very pleased with the accomodations and service.

Hotel Jungfrau is a family-run business, and Anne-Marie and her staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating.

We had coffee daily on our terrace/ balcony overlooking the mountains.

Central position in town and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is really ideal for families and the staff is friendly. Huge picture windows.

The view was good and hotel staffs were very kind. Had dinner the first night in the restaurant downstairs.

They gave you the option online to pick a more expensive room, housekeeping did not change our sheets nor picked up dirty dishes the 5 days we were there.

Hotel Jungfrau is a family-run business, and Anne-Marie and her staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The hotel's food is among the best in the village, and their continental breakfast was very good. Our room was reasonably large and had wonderful views of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau mountains.
