    Our balcony had a view over a delightful Piazza, hotel Joli was better than expected and the staff were very friendly. The room was huge the bathroom was tiny and breakfast was magnificent.

    Giving charming views of the square beyond, palermo is generally not a particularly pleasant place and staff vary between very freindly. The shower door didn't close leading to the inevitable flooding.

    Quite expensive for the little room you get normally facing the street and the elevator is so small you can fit one person.
