      The best description that I can provide is that it is slightly nicer than the rooms typically found in 3 star Italian hotels and, for the price that I paid (55 Euros in December), was much better than what I expected.

      For the good location and rate paid for the hotel, you could certainly do a lot worse.

      Great location to the center of the city, but an uphill walk from the train station.

      Not quite what we were expecting but we would probably stay there again with the hotel's convenient location to downtown Siena.

      Therefore, I would recommend a taxi cab for what I recall to have been quoted at about 7-8 Euros).

      We chose to take a taxi to the train station.

      The bathroom had a good selection of soaps and gels, and the room came with a pretty well-stocked mini-bar and a comfortable bed.

      Room for triple beds is big (but double bed means joining 2 twin beds).

      Shower room is big enough to move around (no bath tub).

      The room was very charming and the bathroom was decorated with blue tiles.

      The room we got was more than ample for the 2 of us, well decorated with good toilet facilities.

      The breakfast room was large and bright, with a good selection of cold food (meats, cheeses, great bread and cereal).

      There was a good selection of food on the buffet style breakfast and the waitresses went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

      The breakfast room was never busy but provided a fantastic choice of food preparing you for your day.

      The hotel's included breakfast was delicious!

      Restaurants and bars are located within 5 minutes of the hotel.

      The hotel was so charming and the staff was extremely helpful.

      The Staff: Nice, well informed regarding local attractions, and helpful with each of my numerous requests (including helping me program my European cell phone for 5 or 10 minutes without even a grumble).

      The hotel receptionist always reminded us when street cleaning was happening so that we parked on the right side of the street.

      Car parking is a problem at the hotel with limited space available on site.

      The rooms were of a good size, clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the Tuscan Countryside.

      Although the room size was fine and room appeared clean.

        Well located for easy access by bus to the centre of Sienna, hotel Italia is only a short walk into the old city.

        Very convenient for a visit to Siena - a short walk away from all the wonderful sights in the city and use of nearby sister hotel uncrowded swimming pool. Room good size.

        Convenient location in centre of Levanto and the hotel was very nice. The staff was wonderful and helpfUl, the breakfast room was clean and bright.

        Good location just outside the citywalls of Siena, stuff on receprion talked english very well and reception staff were very friendly. Bath were spacious and the breakfast was adequate.

        Very good location for visit old town and an excellent base from to explore Siena.

        No proper bed cover during cold Janurary days, the time changed so we missed the breakfast time for a quarter of an hour.

        Close to city centre allowing easy walking through main city streets and free parking space behind the hotel.

        Sound insulation of the rooms are poor and one moment i was surprised is that one visitor came to breakfast.
