  The location is very good between the old street and the welcome at check in is really friendly. The interiors throughout the indigo are interesting, comfortable and service is attentive. The rooms are huge, coffee is fantastic and big chunky fresh fruits that look absolutely inviting.

  River view from the room was amazing and this hotel was exceptional. Your staff were very helpful, bathroom was set up nicely and dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The gym had great equipment.

  Very nice location at the end of the Bund and the design of the hotel is impressive. Shanghai traditional related decoration that is remarkable and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, the restaurants are great and executive Chef Julie is a bright.

  Great location and very cool design. Skirts at very reasonable prices, service oriented and the room was superb, modern and comfortable. Food was also good.

  Very good price for quality and design in old Shangai style. Service was great as well, the rooms were beautifully designed and the staff during the breakfast were very attentive.

  The hotel is about 1year old and all the staff are super lovely and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, selection of one à la carte dish from the menu is perfect and the Indigo Shanghai is well above. The pool is excellent.

  From the terrace at top floor of the hotel is lovely, the staff have been very nice and tv is large and has a huge variety of international channels. Quay restaurant are really impressive and therefore facilities is as Good good as new.

  The staff very warm and efficient, very comfortable beds, free Mac computers. Pillows and mattress perfect, useful toilet. Happy hour makes drinks reasonable and fresh fruit. Fantastic cocktails and gym is nice.

  Perfect service, an amazing bathroom and very comfy pillows. Modern facilities from ipads in reception to hitech toilet, very good restaurants.

  Always happy room was well above average for the location and price, my hotel stay here was perfect, Japanese style toilet was super fun. The staff were forever helpful and receptionists spoke English and were very attentive. The bathroom was clean, the bathtub was gorgeous and the restaurant was excellent including the breakfast and dinner.

  Location was excellent and internet was free and worked reasonably well during our stay. Staff at the lobby was helpful and carrie on reception was super styley too. Room and bathroom were spacious, breakfast was delicious.
