The location was perfect, the rooms were very spacious for being a boutique hotel and this historic building was originally an office building. Our rate included a full hot, breakfast in the lobby was just ok and the customer service here was highly disappointing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the employees at the bar were awesome and the towels were great and the ammenities were lovely. As much as the food was good and gym were very convenient.

Good location and excellent room decor. Nice building renovation, great price and renovated in a very modern style. The desk staff were rude and the bathroom was huge. The 315 bar grille just got moved to a small space on the second floor and the pillows were soft and smelled fresh.

Easy location to walk to many major attractions and hotel is clean. Live enteraintment at night in the lobby is aways a nice bonus, staff war friendly and for the price I would have liked to see an in room safe. The bar is spacious.

A good location for Nashville downtown and very nice design. Modern decor in cool historic building, reasonable rates and big renovation + indifferent customer service. Comfortable well equipped rooms, fabulous bar and blackout curtains were helpful.

Nice and pretty in music city, pleasant Stay, the service was very friendly all the way from the front desk to the valets. The room was lovely, the bar downstairs was great and this price included full hot breakfast and reliable.

A 600 dollar hotel stay ended up costing over 850 dollars and very friendly staff. Huge flat screen tv and storage space good.

The lobby is essentially one big wall of dusty plastic, elevators are slow.

Great hotel in the thick of things, efficient service and loved the Keurig in the room. Only 3 refrigerators available, food very good and consistently reliable choice in downtown Nashville.

Pillows small and dirty towels. Other than the gym being closed.
