There were plenty of towels stocked for our use and although they weren’t of the highest quality, they were definitely better than some we’ve had in hotels that were 3X the price!
On a huge positive note, the hotel did apologize for not informing us about the lack of hot water and refunded our money.
Costs more than some hotel chains but it is worth it for a refreshing change.
The location, if you need to be centrally located, is the best.
Great location right next to the Galleria, we were able to walk to do our Chirstmas shopping.

The hotel did arrange for a shuttle to take us to the airport, but they (nor the driver) bothered to ask us which airport & we ended up @ Bush & needed to be @ Hobby.
We stayed in a suite, which had a large bedroom and a large living room.
Wonderful whimsical decor, small but delightful room, dreamy bed, fantastic food from room service - I just cant say enough good things!
The rooms are beautiful with hard wood floors, area rugs, and the most comfortable bed I have ever been in.
The bed was so comfortable and they must have listened to guest's complaints about the wood blinds not filtering out the light because my room had the standard black-out curtains.
The room was rich in blues, greens & white and the bed was incredible!
HOTEL RESTAURANT – I didn’t eat in the restaurant but my husband and his business associates did (breakfast) and he said his food was good.
The breakfast and food at the restaurant downstairs is generally good, and the service again very very friendly, prompt and just right!
For a hotel that has a huge upside I thought the bar and what they call a restaurant very lacking.
As far as the breakfast goes, there's a little coffee area downstairs (serves as the bar at night) which serves Starbucks and has lots of muffins and pastries.
There is a small bar/ restaurant by the lobby.
We used the front desk personnel on a couple more occasions for directions and restaurant recommendations and each time we were met with a smile and friendly service.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were high off the ground.
FRONT DESK SERVICE – We received wonderful service from the time we arrived until the time we departed.
After discussing the issue w/ the front desk, the staff did bring meals to the room.
Free internet access, in addition to free computer and printer use in the lobby.
She came around the desk to hand my husband our keys and even pushed the button for our floor in the elevator!
HOUSEKEEPING – The only real issue we had was that we didn’t receive the additional towels we requested.
The entire hotel, as well as the rooms, are new, clean and fresh and the open showers are great.
The room was more beautiful than expected, very clean and the staff was great.
Our room was on the 6Th floor, and it was smaller than I expected, but VERY clean, new, and nice.
Good service, very clean, great bathroom, and fun decorations.
The major problem we had with this place is that the hotel room wasn't clean when we arrived in the afternoon.
