  Lovely restaurants nearby and the location was good too on a main. The hotel was fine and staff they were very welcoming. The rooms were quite spacious, the live piano player was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was an adequate start to the day. The waiters were always happy and helpful, the pool was clean.

  The street was rather dusty, the elevators were so small and the receptionists was not very friendly.

  Reception area is fine and the location of the hotel is not too bad. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and i like the moroccan food in the restaurant wich is very delicious. The locals are quite welcoming.

  In need of a good general manager to tighten up the ship, as wasn't hot enough for pool season.

  Great view from roof terrace, the hotel is a real good value for money and all the staff is very kind and helpfull. The rooms are tidy and the breakfast is a continental buffet is adequate.

  Location in New City was excellent and the area the hotel was in was fine. The staff were friendly, room was clean and the food to a good standard was repetative. The pool was great.

  The pool area was lovely, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and polite and service was excellent. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was great. Dinner was good.

  Sited near city center and the train station is literally just around the corner. Marrakech itself is delightful and a good 20 minute walk to the okd town isnt too bad. The staff are friendly and bed clothes changed in middle of week.

  The food is poor, the Moroccan money would be utterly useless and the pool is not heated.

  The district had some lovely quaint french restaurants, location in New City was excellent and the only good thing about the hotel was the outside area consisted of a lawn area. Also for the price we paid we were overall happy, the breakfast was a continental style buffet and staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the downstairs bar was charming and the food was awesome. Dinner was great also and the maids were the most friendly.

  Pillows were stained and dirty, once they arrived the towels were old hard, locals ate in the small cafes.

  Lovely restaurants nearby, good location and just got back from a short break in marrakech. Moreover staff are polite, the beds are comfortable and roof terrace great for sunbathing. The food is typically continental and the waiters / waitresses are friendly / roof top nice the sun shines.

  We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and the staff were expecting us and were very friendly. The reception staff spoke excellent English, as well as a number of other languages. The rooms were big, airy and clean and our view over the pool was lovely, especially at night. The pool was great, just what's needed after a wander round Marrakech! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is in a good location within Marrakech, located in the new town which is quieter, more modern and less busy then areas near the Medina but within walking of everything you need.

  The city of Marrakech is enchanting, the rooftop bar is a good place to start getting an awareness of your surroundings and cant believe great service you get for your money. Most of the staff are very helpful the rooms are clean functional.
