I recently stayed at Hotel Imbanaco in Cali for a week during the Feria activities. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a quiet area that provided a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the festivities. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, albeit basic in terms of amenities. However, the friendly and helpful security guard stationed at the front door added a comforting touch to my stay.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efforts of the staff at this hotel. While they may not speak English fluently, they went out of their way to try and assist us. Our room, though small, was clean and equipped with good air-conditioning. The food served was fair and the meeting room provided for our group was great. Despite some minor drawbacks like hard beds and thin towels, this hotel was perfect for our large group. I'll recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I found the hotel room to be clean and tidy. The staff at the front door were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. the hotel's location was exceptional, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable.

The lack of amenities in the room was a big drawback. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near good stores and places to visit. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. They provide a water dispenser in the lobby which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works well and provides comfort in the room.

The shower facilities are poor and the water pressure is very low.
