The location was amazing and particularly good, for example, La Pineta di Fregene was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating. The room was fairly quiet and bright with a balcony and good breakfast, as example, I felt comfortable there.

The room was bright, with smoke detectors and lovely views over the bay. There was a clean bathroom with hair dryers, a bidet and a shower cap. The setting was stunning, next to Fiumicino, and beautiful beach.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled in a peaceful setting near the coast. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing airport transfers. The clean and fresh rooms were complemented by a delicious breakfast, complete with English tea. I loved borrowing bikes to explore the beautiful Fregene area. The beachside restaurant was a highlight. Can't fault it and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a truly relaxing stay at a charming hotel just moments away from the beautiful beach. The refurbished villa, surrounded by a lovely garden and pine trees, created a tranquil atmosphere. The room, although basic, was clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away, and the warm sea was perfect for swimming. The staff was friendly and provided helpful advice. The breakfast, though meatless, was delicious. I had a very pleasant experience and would happily return to this oasis by the sea.
