  Reception staff v helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless and appear to have been recently renovated.

  The view is very good, the train to Sunnegga is also just next door and second, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff is very kind, helpful from the housekeepers to the owners are daily present on the lobby and the rooms are recently renovated and are very comfortable. Breakfast can be improved.

  Nice view from the room, good value for Zermatt as the town is very expensive on the whole and the hotel is very close to the Zermatt train station and the famous Gornergratbahn. The charming Irish boy in the restaurang made us buy Irish coffee.

  Good location and very nice hotel. The service was exceptionally friendly, room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful, breakfast and dinner meals were great. The wine was very tasty too.

  Nice hot shower and the location for skiing, wonderful hotel. Very good price, excellent staff and the room vas very pretty and clean. The food was delicious.

  Nice big balconies for admiring the views and well placed hotel. The staff were extrememly friendly and the bed was particularly comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
