The front desk was not really helpful, it always felt like you were interupting them from their busy schedule, even though they were just standing around.

Generally speaking the hotel needs a major face lift, I would rate it as 1 star and that is being generous.

The "free" shuttle has very limited hours of operation and if you don't catch it you will pay 25 euros for a 7 km car ride.
