The location just perfect for exploring and the hotel is nicely situated - at the foot of the castle.

The location is great – close to everything: Prague Castle – 10 mins, Charles Bridge – 20 mins, subway/tram – 3 mins.

The hotel arranged for a driver to collect us from the airport - this cost around 30 euros (taxis cost around 25 euros - but can rip you off!

On the other side of the water from Wencelas Square etc, but not a problem as everything was in easy walking distance, or you are right on a tram or underground station if you want to take it easy.

We had two bathrooms, one had a shower, sink and toilet etc which was lovely however we had a second bathroom that was carved from the rock, it had a lovely fire and jacuzzi bath with colour therapy exactly what was needed after a day of exploring.

The bed was two single beds made up together, which I've noticed seems to be the case in a lot of places in Prague - fine if you want plenty of room, but possibly not the best arrangement for a romantic break.

The three of us shared a room, a suite which was spacious although one of us had to sleep in the sitting room area in a cot style bed.

The "suite" I had reserved is an insult to the frequent traveler - I would accept a deluxe room qualification - but here the "suite" qualification appears justified from a couch set against the wall across from the bed.

The bathroom reveals the suite "fraud" : the toilet is inside the tiny bathroom facing the door, a bathtub on the left and 1 sink on the right.

The room was nice, food in the restaurant was excellent.

We would definitely return to eat in the ADA restaurant but would prefer not to stay.

Food is good, not an obvious 1 star Michelin, which by the way no longer shows up as Michelin has stopped rating a number of restaurants run within a hotel.

Huge jacuzzi, the breakfast each day was delightful and the dinner was far beyond delicious.

A very good breakfast – salmon, fried eggs, cereals, lots of fruits and vegetables, cheeses, meats, pastries, even Champaign.

However, apart from the restaurant manager, a couple of delightfully helpful waitresses, one male receptionist and the sommelier the hotel staff were not helpful and actually were quite rude and indifferent.

Helpful staff everywhere in the hotel and the service excellent.

A very convenient location: 10-15 minutes walk from the most popular sites, willing to ensure a nice stay for us and gREAT front desk staff.

The SPA is private, very nicely designed.

felt the dinner at night was too expensive for we had and first day of the year we tried the Lily Spa was amazing.

The first sign of trouble was the elevator breakdown.

The room had decor which was reminscent of the 1970s, although it was clean to be fair.

In addition room was very clean and the food was quite good.

Moreover service was fair to very good depending on the individual, the bedroom was lovely and the breakfast buffet was very fresh.
