  Staff were very helpful and the hotel is comfortable walking distance to the waterfront, station etc. Rooms are very large and airy, with balcony overlooking gardens.

  Location - very good and near bus station to railway station. Old fashioned hotel, reasonable price and i enjoyed the classic style in the public areas. The staff were great and i liked the attitude of your night manager did his best to sort out the problems we experienced. The room was large and the free breakfast was adequate.

  Nice view and a reasonable walk from the Montreux train station. Furthermore helpful family run hotel and staff there are friendly too. The room is spacious, the toilet would have needed a good clean and the breakfast hall is lovely.

  Price/location - excellent and the bus pass gives you free access on the local buses throughout the city. Also montreux is delightful, the building is really nice and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Good size family room, towels in the toilet are clean and breakfast buffet is decent.

  Quiet for city location, free bus service made the whole package ideal and the place was definitely clean. Moreover the personnel were very kind and the bedding was very comfortable - the bed. Breakfast was very good, we were happy to meet Russian speaker at reception.

  Well situated generally and easy to assess to the train station by bus #1. Hotel is at great location and the decoration is nice. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, the bed sheet is clean, breakfast is good.

  Good location, the train journey to Montreux along Lake Geneva is delightful and decor is poor in the rooms. The staff are very helpful, the bed is clean and comfortable, the food is nice.

  Well located and convenient for boats. Old hotel, much better than expected for the price and free wi-fi in the lobby area I used every day. Near the lake and lovely service.

  Bathroom didn't have a sink and one of the towels is smelly. Breakfast should include hot items like omlettes etc.
