Additionally the service was great, on arriving your weekend receptionist was excellent her name was Anita Davenport she could not have been more helpful and i was in room 12 this time was little larger than 21 I had before.
The Hotel was very clean and quiet, the front desk personnel were extremely friendly, the availability of computers to access internet was very nice as well.
The view from the terrace is fantastic, everyone working in the hotel seemed to speak excellent english.

The hotel was a perfect spot to tour the city and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and had more than i needed, breakfast was included there was a good choice of items.

The Heidelberg castle is amazing, the staff is nice and very helpful, wireless internet in the room for me is a big plus. The buffet brreakfast is available for 10 euro.
