Hotel Heidelberg - 海德堡

The hotel Heidelberg situated outside the city the location was not a problem due to the good, the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Quiet location, close to the tram for a trip into town - very convenient and this hotel can be a good choice.

Best location for travel to visit tourist.

The train station can be accessed by bus or by taxi (about 10 euros).

We walked from the tram stop after dark, and the area appeared to be a family oriented safe area.

The room and en-suite bathroom were immaculate.

The bathroom is basically a toilet, a sink, and a shower head in one room.

Our room was immaculate, with down comforters and pillows, a large bathroom and towel warmer.

Extra bed was unacceptable and the restaurant was great.

The staff in the restaurant/bar are very hard working and attentive.

We ate in the restaurant & was lovely hotel and friendly staff were really helpful.

The food in the hotel restaurant was wonderful, the staff was friendly and bottle of water were prepared for each persons.

Meals at the restaurant and drinks were reasonably priced.

Room was clean, the food at the restaurant was very good.

Cannot remember anything memorable nor distinctly unpleasant about this hotel other than was at the end of the tram service, the staff was unbelievably accommodating and breakfast was delightful in the breakfast room.

Additionally the service was great, on arriving your weekend receptionist was excellent her name was Anita Davenport she could not have been more helpful and i was in room 12 this time was little larger than 21 I had before.

The Hotel was very clean and quiet, the front desk personnel were extremely friendly, the availability of computers to access internet was very nice as well.

We had a car and the hotel provided free car parking, so this was not a problem.

The wonderful sounds of the city, lovely decor and quite big parking for such high density of buildings in Heideberg.

The hotel also offers a free terminal for guest use in the lobby area.

There is free wireless in the hotel but my signal was always "low" which meant I was kicked off all the time.

Also great staff very helpful and clean rooms.

Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and quiet, the restaurant downstairs was very good.

Just a two minute walk to the stop, there is tram station near hotel and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is clean, the staff speak good English and single rooms are very small.

The friendly reception was most welcome and the room was very neat and clean.
