The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was simple, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed the excellent WiFi and the convenience of having a CU shop right next to the hotel lobby. The hotel's proximity to popular tourist spots such as the Teddy Bear Museum and Jusangjeolli Cliff made exploring easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Jeju Island.

The hotel was located conveniently near popular tourist attractions making it easy to check out the sights. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the Jungmun area was perfect, as it was close to the beautiful beach and within easy reach of the Seogwipo area. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and ensured that my itinerary for exploring Jeju was not disrupted. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the amenity in the room that provided cold/room temperature water whenever I needed it.
