All over i find this hotel to be good value for money and with a 10 minute work down into the port or €5.
We found the hotel excellent in every way and would not hesitate to recommend it - great value for money too!
The hotel stuggles to be a 4 star hotel although it good value for money in terms of food quality and room cleanliness it is like living in a brothel with large amounts of prostituites openly living throughout the hotel.
I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again and doesn't represent value for money.
Due to the location of this hotel next to the busy sea road, it was noisy when sitting by the pool with lorries bikes etc very audable.
The location was perfect for the port, close enough but not too close so you experience noise.
Great location although if you are fussy, there is a main road running past the hotel, bit noisy but didn't worry us though.
Direct bus from Malaga Airport to Marbella was E4 and a further E10 by taxi from the bus station to the hotel.
Puerto Banus is about a 10 minute walk away but there is a taxi rank outside the hotel and the taxis only cost 5 euro so that was the option we always took.
Our children loved it, we had a family room that consisted of a big lounge(the kids had pull out beds in this), bedroom and bathroom.
Room was a nice size, comfy beds and excellent bathroom.
Like the bedroom the bathrooms are clean but rather small with bath and shower, w/c and bidet.
The rooms in hotel are very nice, we had a junior suite which was very roomy with a lovely marble bathroom.
We got a bed and breakfast room rate of £54 through lastminute.
The rooms were spacious and clean, there was a nice pool bar which was open from early (although service was very slow) and the breakfast at the restaurant was a fantastic spread with a huge choice.
The restaurant is ok and the food was lovely, there was loads to choose from and we especially liked the champagne for breakfast!
The food in the pool bar and restaurants has always been of good quality and a good variety each evening.
Restaurant, we ate breakfast most mornings when we where awake and was very impressed with the large selection available.
I would say that the hotel lobby and bar area has a fine ambience in the evening and there's a great Italian restaurant opposite the hotel's entrance.
Good staff and polite service but on the wrong side of the road.
The reception staff were apologetic but assured us our room was worth it.
Good location for walking to, great hotel and reception staff again very helpful.
The staff, service and food was excellent.
This includes heated indoor pool, jacuzzi indoor and out, adequate gym, games room in house hairdresser, superb outdoor pool and a wellness centre that does everything from beauty to turkish baths.

Superior rooms were beautiful, breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice and clean.
All rooms were kept clean and the service at the pool bar was also good.
The bedrooms are clean and drinks prices are much too high at the pool bar.
