This is a fine establishment located above Kyoto Station. You can almost jump out of bed and right onto the train. This is a well-run establishment with some decent restaurants, some with beautiful views over the city.

Great view of Kyoto, i booked my stay direct and friendly and courteous staff.
Conclusion - Fantastic hotel, the in-house Japanese restaurants were of a high standard and the prices were reasonable.
The service was fine, the room was great and the breakfasts were pretty good.

Theres a few nice cocktail bars on the top floor and loads of restaurants and shops around, best place to start in Kyoto, the staff are very helpful and the rooms incredibly spacious.
