Quiet and close to the centre of town, the hotel is in a good location.

Excellent location in middle of town, the hotel is also close to Cathedral Square and the rooms are a good size.

Good location, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was just the right size without any wasted space.

Being 5 minutes walk from the Square, it was then very easy to access the tram to get around the city centre.

Handy to city center and being 5 minutes walk from the Square.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the second room being especially large with windows on two sides giving great views over the city.

Friendly helpful staff, huge bed and excellent breakfast deals.

The beds the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel, helpful front desk staff and we paid an extra $25 to upgrade our room then including the parking fee of $18 per day.

Furthermore bed was very comfortable, up graded one level then included parking as well as breakfast and the concierge was friendly.

The views from the room were spectacular and attended a conference there so was very handy to be able stay at same place.

Staff were unfriendly; breakfast food was extremely poor.

The staff were wonderful, the accommodation was very comfortable and breakfast at $15 was very good value.

The breakfast was your normal run-of-the-mill continental and dinner was quite good.

Accommodation was clean, buffet breakfast was great value.

It may not be in the heart of the city but it's close to the cultural precinct and very, very close to the city's good bars and some good restaurants (around High St).

However, it was close to the express elevators and we were woken up during the night as they went up and down.

Conceirge staff were exceptional and bathroom was clean and modern.
