Hotel Grand Chancellor - Brisbane - 布里斯班

Good location close to the city heart, the place is really clean and all services available on the door step.

Grand Chancellor has excellent location and good value for money.

Was perfect location, we were able to park our car free of charge and the town was extremely clean.

Good location, the best part of my stay would have been breakfast was awesome and the staff were helpful.

The location of the hotel is on top of a very steep hill, if you are arriving via the train from the airport then get a taxi to the hotel.

When we arrived at the alternate venue (which could be described as a very cheap budget hotel) we were put into a room with no ammenities (no bathroom, no fridge nothing but a bare room and a bed).

The beds however were very comfortable for my husband who likes a fairly firm bed.

The bed was comfortable and waitstaff at the breakfast was also helpful.

We warned the reception staff that we would be checking out at 6am and would they definitely have our $200 for us; no problem the one helpful receptionist said.

The staff were friendly & the views were great, i liked close the hotel was to st andrew's hospital enabling me to visit my sister easily and the service at the desk was very good.

Their "health and fitness suite" comprised of three machines and some weights plus water cooler; a cold pool and a lukewarm spa.

10 miniute walk into the centre of Brisbane, small pool and tiny gym, I think about 4 pieces of equipment in there but OK.

The food was OK and the view from the 11th floor swimming pool great - pity it was too cold to use.

Rooms Excellant - clean tidy and very very comfy.
