        View from the balcony was really magnificent, perfect view on the matterhorn and this hotel was really nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, all speaking English, food was good.

        Wonderful location, the mainstreet and the square of the train station, the sauna is good for relaxing apres ski, and the spots in the village are not far. The hotel is in a perfect place and fabulous cable car ride to the top of Mt Pilateus.

        Great views and overlooks the town Square. Nice place, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was just renewed. The food was good.
