It is probably better than most UK hotels at that price if you can find any.
Rooms were small but very nice and the bathrooms recently refurbished.
The rooms are clean with Pine furniture; they are not large, quite basic, but perfectly adequate.
The bathrooms generally have a shower, with glass doors, which works quite well although the pressure will not knock you over.
We booked two rooms, one for myself and my partner and the other for my ageing parents.
The restaurant also serves very good food of an evening (steak, Fish, Goulash) at a very reasonable price.
Continental breakfast is included in the bargain price and is very good.
The Zeppelin Museum, School Museum shops and lake front are only 10-15 minutes walk away.
The owner speaks good English and is very hospitable as is his two dogs and the other staff members.
The beds are firm, pillows thin, but clean and once again adequate.
