The bar refrigerator didn't either even after was replaced once, the breakfast was good and the leisure facility small was clean.

Breakfast was wonderful and on the one evening we dined at the hotel we found the restaurant to be everything you could wish, though if quite, a little devoid of atmosphere despite the pianist.

The first class staff at the hotel are attentive but unobtrusive and the Concierge service is out of the top drawer.

Our only disappointment with the Hotel Savoy was the inability of the front desk staff/concierge to arrange for transportation options other than their own hotel car/driver.

The hotel restaurant serves a very high quality menu, staff service is exceptionally good particulary concierge who arranged great opera tickets to be delivered to the room.

We did have a rather good massage from the spa in the basement, and would like to have spent more time using the jacuzzi and the saunas as they looked excellent but time was not on our side and sightseeing took up the rest of our spare time.

The facilities were excellent, the jacuzzi- very powerful and hot,steam room and sauna were very clean, and the masseurs were good too!

The lobby is so quiet and comfortable that I was able to have a business meeting in the library area, as did several other people.

The staff couldn't be more friendly, the rooms were large, clean and added to the upmarket feel.

Rooms are a decent size , well furnished ,clean but not huge.

They were very efficient prior to arrival, check-in was swift, we were given early check-in and the room was spotless.

The room (upgraded to deluxe) was spotless and luxurious.

We were greeted with excitement to have us there, an upgraded room, and pastries and fresh flowers in our room.
