This great hotel Savoy Hotel Prague is far from the activity in the city and is 20 minutes from Prague Castle, but it's also far from any other sights. The service is top-notch, but the rooms could benefit from some work.

Overview

Hotel Savoy is a 5-star hotel with the original Art Nouveau façade dating from 1882 that was rebuilt in the early 1990. It combines imperial grandeur with modern décor and great service. Hotel Savoy is a member of “Leading Small Hotels of the World”. A lot of famous guests stayed at this hotel, heads of state, celebrities and football teams, namely: Helmut Kohl, Johannes Rau, Jacques Chirac, Aerosmith, Spice Girls, David Bowie, Sean Connery, Bruce Willis, Lazio Roma, R.E.M, etc. Among the amenities provided by the hotel an open fire-place where guests can enjoy their afternoon tea. Besides Restaurant Hradcany and the terrace at the President Suite are the perfect place for the conferences for up to 150 persons. Other services include: free WI-FI in the lobby, free mini-bar, 24-hour room service, secure underground parking, limousine service and car-rental, beauty parlour and hairdresser, fitness room with the Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room and professional masseuse.
