The hotel's location next to the San Lorenzo market was fantastic, allowing us easy access to all the activities in Florence. We were able to walk to virtually all the attractions we wished to visit, but were also far enough away to avoid the crowds of tourists. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's proximity to a nightclub meant that there was some noise from the music starting around midnight, which could be a potential disturbance for lighter sleepers.

Perfect location -- short walk from train station, near Central Market and a number of trattorias and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with wireless Internet and safe deposit box. Good breakfast. As a solo female traveller, I felt welcome and safe.
