The staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need, no trouble with languages.The rooms were very good bathrooms updated dont expect 5star but very clean.
The only problem we had is that it states there is a restaurant in the hotel, it is only there for breakfast, which is very good but you have to go out for evening meals, there is a restaurant next door which is very good but limited choice and the menu is in Catalan

Great access to main AP7 highway to and from France / Spain. Nice size bedrooms, superb bathroom with large shower Bar and restaurant on site Free wifi with a good signal strength in most places, Lots of carparking spaces.
Hotel is on main a road, opposite large carwash Had room right above bar area and also next to cleaners cupboard so very noicey on a morning. unable to get TV working on any stations in the room,

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and recently remodeled. Breakfast was excellent. Near the city center-by car.
Needed to take a car to the city center.

The room was really smelly, because of smoking. The bed was squeecky. The heater could not be turned off, so it was really hot in the room.

As we should leave very early 01.04.2010 at 5:30 I didn´t think we could eat the breakfast and I asked a women in reception 31.03. evening if we could get a discount because of that. She answered that was not possible as our reservation was a package . However we red in hotel information that dining room is open from 5 a.m. and we dicided to go there 5:15. But when we asked a man i reception if we could get something to eat he answered at our price doesn´t include breakfast . As I had no second copy of my reservation I couldn´t prove that it was stated in that - breakfast included. So we didn´t get any breakfast but I think we should get a compensation for it. I hope you can help with that matter.

by entrance the room was totally dark, and awfully hot. no explication about how to start electricity. no way to open the blinds. no explication about how to stop heating. no explication about how to start tv. telephone wasn't connected. I had to go to the reception for all these things. there they were rather helpful.
it is opposite a car wash station, so there is a lot of noise. much traffic also. windows are double and isolate, but when your room is 27 degrees at midnight, I need to open the windows for some air.
