The staff were very helpful and accomodating, room was clean and maid service was great.
Location between Midtown and uptown was perfect, hotel Giraffe was good value for money, the staff were extremely helpful,courteous and friendly.
Just returned from a 3 night stay at the giraffe, great staff and the room was stylish and the bathroom a good size for two adults.
